Description
The Johansson 9337 is an analogue/digital priority switch designed for satellite IF signal distribution systems. It allows a designated priority receiver to take control of the LNB power and DiSEqC signals, overriding a secondary receiver when the priority input is active. The switch passes LNB control voltages (13 V / 18 V) and 22 kHz tone through the by-pass path, so the secondary receiver continues to operate normally when the priority receiver is not in use.
With a frequency range of 950–2150 MHz and a compact 60 × 50 × 16 mm body, the 9337 integrates into existing satellite distribution installations without rerouting main signal paths.
Key Features
- Analogue/digital priority switching for satellite IF signals
- Frequency range: 950–2150 MHz
- Insertion loss: <3.5 dB
- Isolation: >15 dB
- LNB current capacity: max. 500 mA
- Switch control: 0 V / 13–18 V via priority receiver
- Priority control voltages — On: >10.0 V, Off: <7.0 V
- By-pass controls: 13 V / 18 V / 22 kHz
- DC loss: max. 1.0 V
- Dimensions: 60 × 50 × 16 mm
Product Benefits
- The priority switching function lets one receiver take precedence over another automatically based on voltage, eliminating the need for manual switching between connected receivers
- By-pass controls for 13 V, 18 V and 22 kHz ensure the secondary receiver retains full LNB polarisation and band switching capability when the priority receiver is inactive
- LNB current support up to 500 mA accommodates a wide range of LNBs, including multiswitches and Quattro LNBs with higher current draw
- Insertion loss below 3.5 dB keeps signal degradation minimal in the active signal path

Why You'll Love It
- The automatic voltage-based priority switching removes any need for the user to manually select between connected receivers — the switch manages itself
- At 60 × 50 × 16 mm, the 9337 is small enough to mount discreetly near the multiswitch or behind a receiver without occupying significant space
- Johansson's established presence in European satellite distribution means this unit is designed for long-term compatibility with standard European IF distribution architectures
