PH (Phillips) and PZ (Pozidriv) look similar but have different geometry. Using the wrong one causes cam-out and stripped screws. A complete set includes both so you always match the fastener.

Most bits use a standard 1/4" hex shank that fits common handles and drivers. Precision sets often use 4 mm bits with their own handle. Check the shank size before mixing brands.
