Motor Run Capacitors for Motors & Pumps
A motor run capacitor stays in the circuit the whole time the motor runs, improving efficiency and keeping single-phase motors operating smoothly. Match the µF and voltage
Replace a run capacitor with the same microfarad (µF) value and an equal or higher voltage rating. Using the wrong value can cause overheating, noise or weak performance, so check the old capacitor or motor plate first.
Run vs start capacitors
