Welcome to Lynk.gr – the online store (hereinafter the “Store”) for the sale of electronic devices, components, and technology products. Lynk.gr is owned by KARAPALIDOU S. Use of the Store presupposes acceptance of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of such modifications. If you do not agree, use of the Store is prohibited.
1. Information & Products Provided
We are committed to the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the information and services provided through Lynk.gr, subject to typographical or technical errors, or temporary interruptions due to force majeure.
2. Limitation of Liability
The Store is not liable for any damages resulting from delays or non-execution of an order, unless due to its own fault. Product availability is not guaranteed; however, we ensure prompt notification of unavailability.
All content and services are provided “as is.” The Company is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, nor for any interference by third parties.
3. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All content on Lynk.gr (texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected under Greek, EU, and international law. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written consent is prohibited.
4. Personal Data During Purchase
To complete an order, basic details are required (name, address, phone number, email, etc.). For card payments, card details are entered in the secure environment of the payment provider. Communication regarding your order may be conducted via the provided email address.
5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
We process personal data in compliance with the GDPR and Greek law. Data are used solely for order processing, communication, and service improvement; they are not shared with third parties except as legally required.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, or object to the processing of your data.

6. Cookie Policy
We use essential, functionality, analytics/statistics, and advertising/third-party cookies. You can manage your preferences via the “Cookie Settings” link or through your browser.
7. Product Purchase & Order Process
Users are guided step-by-step through the purchase process. After submission, a confirmation email is sent; phone confirmation may follow. Before selecting “Complete Order,” you can review and correct your order.
8. Prices
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are displayed before payment. Any price changes do not affect orders already submitted.
9. Shipping & Availability
Orders are shipped to the provided address via partner courier services. When in stock, shipments are typically completed within 24–72 hours. In case of delays or force majeure, you will be promptly informed.
10. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Wrong shipment or defective product: please inform us ideally within 1 business day; we will cover return or replacement costs.
Condition of return: products and packaging must be in their original condition.
Withdrawal: you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing justification. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the Store is at fault.
11. Product Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s or official importer’s warranty. Duration varies by product. The warranty does not cover misuse, short circuits, moisture, exposure to extreme conditions, or natural phenomena.
12. User Responsibility
Users must use Lynk.gr lawfully and without restricting or harassing others. Uploading malicious software, unauthorized access, or any actions that may damage the site or users are strictly prohibited.
13. Payment Methods & Transaction Security
We accept: card payments (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro) via certified provider, cash on delivery, bank transfer, and PayPal (where available). All transactions are encrypted with SSL. The Company does not store card details.
14. Newsletters
By subscribing to the newsletter, you consent to receive updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link or by contacting info@lynk.gr. Commercial communication complies with GDPR (documented consent).
15. Age Restrictions & Parental Consent
Lynk.gr is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data (in compliance with COPPA – U.S. Federal Trade Commission).
For users aged 15–17, consent-based services (e.g., account creation, newsletter) may be used independently; for users under 15, parental/guardian consent is required.
Note to store owner: Shopify accounts and service contracts must be entered into by persons aged 18 or older.
16. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ODR & Greek Authorities)
Consumers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for out-of-court resolution of e-commerce disputes: eccgreece.gr.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all transactions via Lynk.gr are governed by Greek law. Competent courts: Thessaloniki. If any provision is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining terms is not affected.

The current version of the Terms is always available on this page, with the date of last update indicated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
