Description
The Anttron TM190HD converts an HDMI signal — from any source at standard resolutions — into a DVB-T RF output that can be injected into an existing terrestrial or cable coaxial network. The module accepts one HDMI input and one RF mix input, combining them at the RF output. A USB stick is included for recording and playback directly from the unit.
Designed for professional headend installations, the TM190HD delivers a modulation error rate of 40 dB, on a par with premium headend equipment, while drawing only 5 W.
Key Features
- 1 HDMI input capable of receiving all standard resolutions
- 1 RF mix input (F female, 5–1002 MHz) to pass through existing terrestrial or cable signals
- 1 RF output combining the HDMI-derived DVB-T channel with the signals from the RF input
- COFDM standard: DVB-T output with selectable 7/8 MHz channel bandwidth
- Carrier modulation: QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM (optional)
- FEC options: 1/2, 2/3, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8
- USB record and play function (USB stick included)
Product Benefits
- Adds any HDMI source to a coaxial TV distribution network without rewiring
- Pass-through RF input preserves existing channels while the modulator inserts a new one
- 40 dB MER ensures clean, artefact-free picture quality across the distribution network
- Low 5 W consumption suits always-on headend environments
- USB playback allows local content to be broadcast over the network without a separate player
