The FLYTRAP OUT 18 uses an 18W UVA lamp to attract flies, moths, mosquitoes, and other flying insects in the evening and at night. Insects are drawn to the lamp and immediately destroyed on contact with a 3000V high-voltage metal grid; they fall into a removable collection tray at the base that slides out for easy cleaning.

With IPX4 weatherproof protection it operates on balconies and in gardens as well as indoors — bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchens — covering up to 40 m². The unit can be placed on its support base or hung from the built-in hook. It uses no chemicals, pesticides, sprays, powders, or vapours.
