The RENPHO Elis 1 Smart Scale tracks 13 body composition metrics using bioelectrical impedance analysis and four high-sensitivity electrodes — weight, BMI, body fat %, body water, skeletal muscle, body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, protein, basal metabolism, visceral fat, subcutaneous fat and body age.
It pairs to the RENPHO Health app via Bluetooth and WiFi, which syncs with Apple Health, MyFitnessPal, Samsung Health and Google Fit. The app stores history and tracks daily, weekly and monthly progress, supports unlimited user profiles for the whole family and includes a Baby mode for tracking baby weight. The scale uses a built-in USB-rechargeable battery — no replaceable cells — and a 6 mm tempered glass platform with a clear LED display.
