Description
The AD 1-in / 1-out quick connector is a universal cable connection terminal block designed for fast, tool-free wire termination. With a 32A current rating and a broad conductor acceptance range of 0.08 to 4.0mm², it accommodates a wide variety of wire gauges in a single compact housing.
The body is moulded from polycarbonate (PC) — a material chosen for its mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and resistance to temperature extremes. Internal contacts are 1P copper with steel plates, combining copper's conductivity with steel's clamping strength. The block operates reliably from -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for both indoor panel installations and environments with significant temperature variation.
Key Features
- 1 input / 1 output branching configuration
- Rated current: 32A
- Conductor acceptance: 0.08 to 4.0mm²
- Polycarbonate (PC) body construction
- 1P copper contacts with steel clamping plates
- Operating temperature: -40°C to +105°C
Product Benefits
- The 0.08–4.0mm² conductor range covers fine signal wire through to heavier power cable, reducing the number of different terminal block types needed in a panel
- Polycarbonate body provides high impact resistance and electrical isolation, protecting the connection from accidental contact and mechanical stress
- Copper contacts ensure low contact resistance, while steel plates maintain consistent clamping force on the conductor over time
- The wide temperature range (-40°C to +105°C) makes the block suitable for installations in unheated enclosures, machinery, or outdoor junction boxes
Technical Specifications
- Configuration: 1 input / 1 output
- Current Rating: 32A
- Conductor Cross-Section: 0.08–4.0mm²
- Body Material: Polycarbonate (PC)
- Contacts: 1P copper

- Operating Temperature: -40°C to +105°C
Why You'll Love It
- Tool-free quick connection saves time during installation and reduces the risk of under- or over-torquing a terminal
- The wide conductor range means one product handles both signal and light power wiring, simplifying stock
- Polycarbonate construction holds its form across the full -40°C to +105°C operating range, so performance does not degrade in hot or cold environments
