Description
The Manhattan IDATA USB3-HDMIM transmits PC audio and video from a USB 3.0 port to HDMI monitors, projectors, and TVs while keeping the original display active simultaneously. The incorporated DisplayLink chip and 16 MB of built-in DRAM alleviate video buffering, slow response, and dropped frame issues. Resolutions up to 2560x1440 at 32-bit colour are supported, along with 1080p Full HD at 16:9 aspect ratio.
Up to six displays can be connected by using one converter per display in extended, mirror, or rotation modes. The unit is bus powered via the USB 3.0 connection — no external power supply is needed. Installation requires the driver software available in the Downloads section of the product page.
