The LEDVANCE OSRAM ST8E-EM LED tube is a low-consumption replacement for legacy T8 fluorescent lamps. It operates at 20W, delivers a 6500K cool-white output, fits the standard G13 base, and runs directly from 220-240V AC mains. A starter is supplied so most CCG (conventional control gear) luminaires can accept the tube with no further hardware.

The tube is built from glass with a 1.5mm specification rather than plastic, eliminating the bending sometimes seen on plastic LED tubes and supporting a very high mechanical load. It is mercury-free and RoHS compliant, with a luminous efficiency of up to 105 lm/W.
