The Johansson KIT 9645 Stacker-Destacker is a Multi Band Converter system that allows an existing single-cable satellite installation to be upgraded to support a twin LNB (or quad LNB with a DiSEqC switch, ref. 9920). The kit enables a dual-tuner receiver with recorder (PVR) or two separate single-tuner receivers to operate simultaneously over one cable.

The kit consists of two units: a Stacker (converter) installed near the dish and a Destacker (customer device) installed at the receiver. DiSEqC functionality allows reception from two satellites simultaneously — for example, Astra and Hot Bird. No external power adapter is required; both units are powered directly from the satellite receiver.
