Description
The Johansson 4032 is a dSCR/legacy Quad Optical Convertor developed to help installers overcome low signal quality in satellite fiber installations. It accepts a single SC/APC optical input carrying three wavelengths (1310 nm, 1330 nm, 1550 nm) and converts them to five RF outputs with AGC on all ports.
In Quad mode, the device delivers 4 x dSCR/legacy outputs plus a terrestrial output, supporting up to 128 splits and 4 x 16 dCSS/dSCR user bands. In Quattro mode it serves as a satellite trunk output, converting the three wavelengths to VL, HL, VH, HH, and TERR — compatible with Sky UK and standard EN50494/EN50607 systems.
