The Jolly Line JL45497/5G is a mast-mounted UHF amplifier supplied as a complete kit. It amplifies signals in the 470–694 MHz band with an adjustable gain of 15 to 30 dB and a maximum output signal level of 107 dBµV. A built-in 5G filter rejects interference from the 694–862 MHz band.

The kit includes a separate power supply unit with F-type connection, two distribution outputs, and 4 dB attenuation. The power supply runs from 230 Vac mains and delivers +12 Vdc to the amplifier head via the coaxial cable, with a maximum current of 200 mA.
