The Fracarro CDIR700-3.6 is a fixed-lens dome (roof-mount) camera built for continuous colour surveillance. Fitted with a Sony Super HAD CCD sensor and a 4.3 mm aspherical lens, it delivers 420-line TV resolution and switches automatically to night vision via 23 infrared LEDs at 850 nm.

The camera is housed in an aluminium casing rated IP66, making it resistant to dust and heavy rain. Power is supplied at 12 V DC and the onboard CDS light sensor manages the IR LEDs automatically, with a 2.6–2.7 lux activation threshold.
