BPT710 Wireless Programmable Thermostat – 433.92 MHz, 9 Receivers & 7-Day Programming

The BPT710 is a battery-powered wireless thermostat transmitter designed to work with compatible receivers (BPT001, BPT002, or BPT003) for remote control of electric heating systems. It communicates at 433.92 MHz and can manage up to 9 independent switching elements from a single unit.

The thermostat offers 7 weekly programmes with up to 6 temperature changes per day, a backlit display, and four operating modes: AUTO, MANU, OFF, and HOLIDAY. Anti-freeze protection at 3°C and an open-window detection function add practical safeguards to the installation.

Key Features

• 7 weekly programmes with 6 temperature changes per day
• Four operating modes: AUTO, MANU, OFF, HOLIDAY
• Backlit display with 0.1°C indication step
• Automatic summer/winter time changeover
• Open-window function: automatic heating switch-off during ventilation
• Child lock / key lock
• Anti-freeze protection at 3°C
• Controls up to 9 receivers simultaneously

Product Benefits

• Wireless 433.92 MHz communication eliminates thermostat wiring; the BPT710 runs on 2x AAA batteries so it can be placed anywhere in the room
• Programmable day-by-day or in blocks (Mon–Fri, Sat–Sun, Mon–Sun) for flexible scheduling without reprogramming every day
• 0.5°C temperature setting increments allow precise comfort control, while the 0.2°C hysteresis reduces unnecessary heating cycles
• The open-window function prevents energy waste by automatically turning off heating when a temperature drop consistent with ventilation is detected
• Support for up to 9 receivers in a single installation makes the BPT710 appropriate for multi-zone or multi-room heating control

Why You'll Love It

• Battery operation means no thermostat wiring is needed; installation is a matter of pairing the BPT710 with a receiver and placing it on a table or wall bracket
• The HOLIDAY mode holds a set-back temperature without permanent reprogramming, making it easy to save energy during extended absences
• Operating hours information lets you monitor actual heating run-time for budgeting or diagnostic purposes
• The child lock prevents accidental or unauthorised programme changes, keeping schedules intact in family homes
