Johansson 6630 Super Profiler SMATV Headend – 4 UHF Inputs, DVB-T & >120 dBμV Output

The Johansson 6630 Super Profiler is a professional multi-channel filter-amplifier and frequency converter for SMATV and MATV headend installations. It receives up to four UHF channels plus VHF/FM/DAB inputs, applies highly selective SAW filtering, and outputs two independently programmable UHF RF signals at high output level — making it the core processing engine of any Johansson 65xx headend system.

The 6630 supports both analogue and DVB-T (COFDM) signal standards and is configurable via the Johansson 6565 Control Unit or the 6554 PC-to-Coax module — no additional tools required for commissioning or adjustments in the field.

Key Features

• 4 × UHF inputs (470–862 MHz) plus VHF BI/BIII, FM, and DAB inputs (47–240 MHz)
• 2 × fully programmable UHF outputs plus a –30 dB test output
• 8 UHF filter clusters — adjustable bandwidth of 1 to 7 channels (8–56 MHz)
• Super-selective single-channel filters: 30 dB attenuation at 1 MHz offset
• Maximum output level exceeding 120 dBμV
• Supports analogue and DVB-T (COFDM) signal processing
• Programmable via Johansson 6565 Control Unit or 6554 PC-to-Coax module
• Ultra-reliable detachable power supply

Product Benefits

• All-in-one UHF + VHF + FM + DAB processing in a single compact unit
• High output level ensures excellent signal margin for large distribution networks
• Fine-grained level adjustment (±10 dB per UHF input) for perfect output equalization
• Scalable — combine multiple 6630 units or pair with 65xx active combiners
• Field-configurable without a PC using the optional 6565 control unit
