Description
The Fracarro UTP-RXTX is a pair of passive transceivers designed to extend CCTV camera video signals over UTP (CAT5/6) or FTP structured cabling instead of traditional coaxial cable. Each unit functions as both a transmitter and a receiver, making the pair interchangeable at either end of the cable run.
The transceivers use BNC connectors on the camera/recorder side and UTP/FTP terminations on the cable side, requiring no external power supply. Maximum transmission distance is 400 m for colour signals and 600 m for monochrome. With IP50 protection, the units are resistant to dust ingress for use in typical indoor CCTV installations.
