The BIRDIE 2 uses two laser beams — red at 660 nm and green at 532 nm — to project 1,000 moving light points that disturb birds and discourage them from settling in the protected area. It is entirely chemical-free and poses no harm to people or animals.

Rated IP65 for outdoor environments, it is powered by an included 100–240 V adapter with a 3 m cable for flexible positioning. A wireless remote control and a removable directional veil are included to focus coverage on the target zone.
