2. Acceptance and changes to these terms
Using the Store means you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its date. Each order is governed by the version in force when you placed it; later changes do not affect orders already placed.
3. Product information
We take care that product descriptions, specifications, prices and availability are accurate and complete. Product images are indicative and colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.
Despite our care, typographical or technical errors may occur. Where they do, section 4 applies.
4. Orders and when the contract is made
You are guided step by step through checkout and can review and correct your order before you select “Complete order”.
After you submit your order you receive an email that acknowledges receipt; it is not yet acceptance. The sales contract is concluded when we confirm dispatch of your order (or, for warehouse pickup, when we tell you it is ready). We may call you to confirm details.
We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if: the product turns out to be unavailable; the price or description contains an obvious error; we cannot verify the payment or suspect fraud; or the delivery address is outside the areas we ship to. We will always tell you why.
Product availability is not guaranteed, but if a product becomes unavailable we will inform you promptly. Communication about your order may take place by email at the address you provided.
Placing an order requires full legal capacity (18+).
5. Prices
All prices are in euro and include VAT. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Business customers see prices both with and without VAT after logging in to their B2B account (see section 11). At checkout, all prices are shown including VAT.
6. Payment methods
We accept the following, as shown at checkout for your order:
- Card payments (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Maestro) and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay through Shopify Payments
- Klarna: pay in 3 interest-free instalments, through Shopify Payments (subject to approval by Klarna)
- Viva.com Smart Checkout, including IRIS instant payments from your bank app, and the cards and other methods it offers
- Cash on delivery, for deliveries within Greece with ACS or BOX NOW (+€3.50)
- Bank deposit: your order ships once the payment is received
- Pay at collection, for pickup from our warehouse
Card details are entered directly in the secure environment of the payment provider and are never stored by us. See also Payment Methods.
7. Shipping and delivery
We ship within Greece (ACS, BOX NOW, transport companies for heavy items, local delivery and warehouse pickup) and to all EU countries. We do not ship outside the European Union.
In-stock orders placed by 16:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day with ACS or BOX NOW (13:00 for transport-company orders). Delivery estimates are based on the carriers’ published times. Costs, delivery times, locker limits, lost parcels and our responsibility after dispatch are set out in the Shipping Policy. In case of delays or force majeure, we will inform you promptly.
8. Returns and right of withdrawal
Withdrawal: consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and may open and check a product as they would in a shop. Products must be returned complete, in their original packaging in perfect condition, packed inside a separate shipping box (no labels or tape on the product packaging); damage to the product or its packaging is deducted from the refund. Unopened, sealed products can also be exchanged (exchange only) from day 15 to day 30.
Return costs: for approved returns within Greece we provide a free return voucher (BOX NOW return code or ACS voucher). For other change-of-mind returns (heavy or bulky items, deliveries outside Greece) the direct cost of the return is borne by the customer.
Wrong, damaged or defective product: please inform us as soon as possible (transit damage within 24 hours); we cover the return and replacement costs.
Full terms, exceptions, refund timelines, the packing guide and the model withdrawal form are in the Refund Policy.
9. Legal guarantee and warranty
Legal guarantee: as the seller, we are responsible for any lack of conformity of the products we sell under the legal guarantee of Greek law (Law 4967/2022), which applies for 2 years from delivery. If a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or give you a price reduction or refund, as the law provides.
Manufacturer warranty: many products also carry a commercial warranty from the manufacturer or official importer. Its duration and terms vary by product and it is in addition to, never instead of, your legal rights.
Neither covers damage caused by misuse, short circuits, moisture, exposure to extreme conditions, natural phenomena or unauthorised repairs.
How to make a claim and our loyalty warranty: see Warranty & After-Sales.
10. Lynk Coins and rewards
Customers with an account earn 5 Lynk Coins for every €1 spent on lynk.gr; 100 Lynk Coins = €1 off a future order. Details and rewards (including the loyalty warranty) are on the Lynk Coins and Perks & Benefits pages.
Lynk Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and can only be used on lynk.gr. Coins earned on an order are cancelled if the order is cancelled or refunded.
We may change or end the programme for the future; we will announce changes on the site in advance. Coins already in your account and rewards already unlocked remain valid under the terms in force when you earned them. We may cancel coins obtained through abuse or fraud.
11. Business customers and marketplace orders
Business (B2B) customers may have their own prices, shipping rates and terms, shown after logging in (see Lynk for Business). The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases.
Marketplace orders placed through Skroutz, Shopflix or other marketplaces are governed by that marketplace’s terms for delivery, returns and refunds.
12. Reviews and content you post
When you post a review, rating, photo or question, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and you allow us to display it on lynk.gr and in our communications, with your first name or nickname.
We publish both positive and negative reviews. We may remove content that is offensive, unlawful, off-topic, contains personal data or advertising, or is not based on a real purchase or experience.

This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to your rights under the legal guarantee and consumer protection law, which are never limited by these Terms.
