The TELE System TEF80R is a fixed-mount offset satellite dish with external dimensions of 845x745 mm and an F/D ratio of 0.6. The reflector is made from steel and finished in white. The back mount and AZ/EL holder are both galvanized steel, providing durability and corrosion resistance. The LNB arm is aluminium (30x15 mm cross-section) and the LNB holder is plastic. The dish supports simple assembly and can be pre-mounted before final positioning.

The mast clamp accepts poles of 32–60 mm diameter. Elevation adjustment runs from 5° to 90°, with a 25° offset angle and a 35° elevation when using a passing pole. The dish has been tested for wind loading at 72, 144, and 216 km/h. The feed bracket diameter is 23 mm or 40 mm.
