Yes. LED strips have marked cut points every few centimetres where you can safely cut with scissors. Use connectors or solder to join sections and reattach power.

RGB strips mix red, green and blue for coloured light, while tunable white shifts only between warm and cool white. RGBW adds a dedicated white channel for better everyday lighting.
