Intellinet I-SWHUB GB-800 8-Port Gigabit Switch – Unmanaged, Fanless & Green Ethernet

The Intellinet I-SWHUB GB-800 is an 8-port unmanaged Gigabit Ethernet switch for home, office or entertainment system use. All eight RJ45 ports auto-sense 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps and support Auto MDI/MDX crossover detection, so both straight-through and crossover cables work without manual configuration. Compatible cables include Cat3, Cat4 and Cat5 UTP/STP.

The switch uses a store-and-forward architecture with a MAC address table of 8192 entries, 256 kB buffer and 9 kB Jumbo Frame support. Green Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) automatically reduces power to unused or lower-speed ports. The external 5 V / 1 A power adapter draws a maximum of 2.75 W, and the fanless design operates silently. FCC Class A, CE and RoHS certifications are included.

Key Features

• 8 x RJ45 ports, auto-sensing 10/100/1000 Mbps (Gigabit)
• All ports Auto MDI/MDX — no crossover cables needed
• Compatible cable types: Cat3, Cat4, Cat5 UTP/STP
• Store-and-forward switching architecture
• MAC address table: 8192 entries
• Buffer: 256 kB
• Jumbo Frame support: 9 kB
• Backplane/switching capacity: 10 Gbps
• Green Ethernet (IEEE 802.3az) — unused ports powered down automatically
• Fanless, compact design
• Compatible with Windows and macOS
• Certifications: FCC Class A, CE, RoHS

Product Benefits

• All eight ports run at Gigabit speed simultaneously — no bottleneck when multiple devices transfer data at the same time
• Auto MDI/MDX eliminates the need to keep crossover cables on hand; any standard patch cable works
• Green Ethernet cuts power to idle or slower-speed links, reducing energy use without any configuration
• Plug-and-play — power it on, connect cables, and the switch is operational; no software or driver installation required
• Fanless operation means it can be placed in a living room or bedroom without noise
