The Duolabs Diablo CAM2 Professional (PRO) is a fully programmable PCMCIA Conditional Access Module (CAM) based on Duolabs' D-Module platform. It is dedicated to DVB-compliant STB-CI applications and is designed to give developers maximum flexibility and security through an FPGA-based architecture — unlike common ASIC-based CAMs that limit customisation.
The CAM2 PRO is compliant with the ETSI EN-50221 standard and has been tested on most professional MultiPID transmodulators. It is ideal for multi-room installations such as hotels, condominiums, and any transmodulated multiservice environment requiring simultaneous multi-channel descrambling.
