The Delock ICOC USBH-308P is an internal adapter cable that lets you connect a USB 2.0 8-pin front-panel cable to a USB 3.2 19-pin motherboard header. Useful when your motherboard only ships with USB 3.x headers but your case still has a USB 2.0 front-panel module — a very common situation when upgrading or re-using older cases.
The 30 cm length gives you enough slack to route the cable through the back of the case without forcing a tight bend. Both connector blocks are properly keyed so you cannot insert them the wrong way around, and the cable is shielded to keep USB 2.0 signal integrity within spec even when running alongside other high-speed data cables.
