Soudal one-component polyurethane foam is a hand-applied expanding foam that fills, insulates and seals in a single step. From a single 300ml can it expands to fill up to 15 litres of cavities, making it a productive choice for general construction, renovation and DIY tasks around windows, doors and service penetrations.

Once cured, the foam can be sanded, filled and painted to blend with surrounding surfaces. It bonds well to common building materials such as brick, cement, insulation, pipes, ducts, cables, wood, metals and most plastics, but it is not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE or silicone substrates, and the cured foam should be protected from direct UV exposure.
