Soudal Acrylic Exterior Sealant 280ml – Plasto-Elastic, White & Paintable

This Soudal acrylic sealant is a plasto-elastic compound suitable for sealing around all types of window and door frames, including PVC, timber, metal, and aluminium profiles. It is designed for both interior and exterior applications and provides good adhesion to porous surfaces without primer in typical conditions.

The sealant remains flexible after curing, accommodating minor joint movement, and can be overpainted with any standard paint colour once fully hardened — making it particularly useful where aesthetics are important. Each cartridge contains 280 ml of product.

Key Features

• Plasto-elastic acrylic compound for interior and exterior use
• Suitable for PVC, timber, metal, and aluminium window and door frames
• Very good adhesion to porous substrates
• Excellent elasticity and weather resistance after curing
• Paintable with all colours after full hardening
• Temperature resistant from -20 °C to +80 °C
• White colour, 280 ml cartridge

Product Benefits

• Exterior weather resistance means the sealed joint maintains integrity through rain, UV exposure, and temperature cycling without cracking or losing adhesion
• Compatibility with PVC, wood, metal, and aluminium allows a single product to cover most window and door frame materials on a site
• Paintability after curing lets the sealed joint match the surrounding wall or frame colour precisely
• Temperature range of -20 °C to +80 °C covers both winter cold and summer heat in typical European climates

Technical Specifications

Why You'll Love It

• A standard 280 ml cartridge fits all common caulking guns, making application straightforward without special tools
• The white colour suits the majority of window and door frames straight from the cartridge, with the option to paint for a perfect colour match
• Good adhesion to porous materials reduces the need for a separate primer step on most common substrates
• The flexible cured joint tolerates minor thermal movement in frames, reducing the chance of cracking over time
